Has anyone else been dripping with sweat while just walking down the street lately? (Nope? Just me. Oh well, what else is new?) June introduced itself to the Northeast this year with a massive heat wave, but, luckily, I have found a really “cool” remedy. If you’re looking for a quick and healthy way to cool off this summer, I recommend stopping by your local juice truck. Food trucks have become increasingly popular, but an even newer trend are juice and smoothie trucks. Surging through the streets of Boston is Mother Juice, a juice truck that offers completely vegan and deliciously fresh juices and smoothies.

Although I can personally attest to the wholesome goodness of Mother Juice’s offerings, this doesn’t really help for all the grassmunchers outside of Beantown.
